All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and are shipped within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule. While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, natural events, or strikes. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

High Profile Clothing maintains a strict No Refund and No Cancellation Policy. Exchanges or replacements are only permitted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided that the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide clear proof, such as an unboxing video or high-resolution photographs, to verify the claim. All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions will not be eligible for exchange or replacement. If approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost. Exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind are not accepted.
