By purchasing from High Profile Clothing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All orders for apparel, including but not limited to t-shirts, varsity jackets, and framed posters, are confirmed only after full payment is received. Payments are accepted exclusively via credit card. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for any delays caused by courier services, customs, natural disasters, strikes, or any events beyond our control. 

High Profile Clothing follows a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy; however, if a customer receives a product that is faulty or damaged upon delivery, we will replace the item at no additional cost, provided that the issue is reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. In order for a replacement request to be valid, the customer must provide clear evidence of the defect, which includes either an unboxing video or high-quality images clearly showing the fault. All claims are subject to verification by our team, and products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions will not qualify for replacement.

High Profile Clothing shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Care instructions are provided with each item, and we are not liable for damage caused by improper washing, storage, or handling.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising from purchases or use of our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.For any inquiries, order support, or collaboration opportunities, feel free to reach out to us.
